If parcels are not picked up from local post offices customers will incur a charge for items to be re-sent. Refunds, for this reason, are not accepted.

We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destination customs department.

Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.


Personalised items including Say my Name Necklaces and My Name Bags can take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered, please also note these items are non-refundable.


We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons so please make sure you are 100% happy when making your purchase. All product imagery of our styles is a true representation of how they look in real life. 

In the event that your order is damaged, we will then be more than happy to organise an exchange for the same style.

We offer a 28-day warranty on all orders, however our styles are delicate and dainty so it is important to look after them with care. We are not able to cover cost for styles that have been damaged through wear and tear, sun exposure or tarnishing through the use of perfumes and lotions. Damaged goods can be sent in to be looked at after 28 days but customers will need to pay P&P for goods to be sent back. 

If on the rare occasion your item arrives in a faulty state, we will of course be happy to offer a repair or replacement. 


French fashion house jewellery is created with love using the best quality materials and semi precious stones. No product will be the same and each item will have its own uniqueness from due to being handmade. Our products are lead and nickel free. The metals will naturally tarnish over time but this is not a fault in the product. The best way to insure your product stays in the best condition would be to store the item in a cool dry place.
